Refund Policy

Failed top-ups (an order accepted for payment that did not deliver in-game value) are automatically refunded to the original payment method per PRD §6.1 and §11.1. Wallet balances are never auto-credited as a refund destination — refunds always return to the source of funds.

Detailed refund timelines and edge-case handling will be finalized alongside the payment gateway selection (D1) and customer support model (D7).
